THOR V2 Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case – @ Newegg.com
If you’ve been holding on off on a new build or upgrading your old, dilapidated case, this may finally be the moment you’re looking for. Newegg.com has drastically slashed the price of the highly rated THOR V2 ATX case (now 129.99*) (normally retails for $149.99). For those unaware, the THOR V2 is a beast of a case. You can fit six 3.5″ internal drives (with 2.5″ mounting points), up to a 13″ video card, and has 10 expansion slots on the back while coming with three 230mm fans as well as a 140mm fan.
The color of the case is available in white or black, white comes with white LEDs for the front fan, while the black case comes with red LEDs. You can always swap this all out, but at least you know what to expect. The top of the case comes with 2 USB 3.0 and 2 USB 2.0 ports, as well as a headphone jack, mic jack, eSATA port, and dual fan speed controllers. The top of the case has a slider on the side the opens the top vents for increased ventilation at the expense of noise.
All in all, this case is a monstrosity that should be able to swallow up or adapt to any ridiculous configuration you can imagine. At $129.99 for a full size case, it’s a steal.
